Beloved Nurture Committee

The Nurture Ministries serve as the heart of congregational support, focusing on fostering spiritual growth and community within the church, while supporting those in our congregation going through difficult times. This vital ministry area is dedicated to teaching, preparing, and equipping church members for active and meaningful ministry, both within their immediate community and in the wider world. By fostering deep connections through fellowship, Sunday school, small-group ministries, and a variety of family and children’s events, the Nurture Ministries aim to facilitate personal growth in our Christian faith.

Small Groups

A small group can significantly enrich the spiritual journey of its members. By fostering a supportive and engaging environment, small groups can become a cornerstone of community life, helping individuals grow in their faith and build lasting relationships.

Prayer Shawl Ministry

Members of the Prayer Shawl Ministry meet monthly to knit prayer shawls and other items that are tangible evidence of prayer.  After a time of knitting or crochet, they gather around the shawls and pray for the people who will receive them. If you would like to join us, know of someone who would benefit from a prayer shawl, or would just like more information, click below
